30 Days to Return Unused Gear
Return any unused gear within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Products can be tried on to ensure fit, but not used, and must be in the original packaging with tags.
Refunds can take up to a week to process (we need to receive the goods, inspect them and then we can issue the refund). Rejected returns are sent back to the original buyer.
We only accept returns/exchanges for Storelli.com orders. If you purchase from another store, that store is responsible for refunds and exchanges.
U.S. Orders - Only: Subsidized & Easy Pre-Paid Return / Exchange Labels
We help you return and exchange products easily and cheaply:
- We provide you with pre-paid labels that you can easily print to ship any product back to us (takes 1 minute).
- If you use our pre-paid labels, return shipping is only $5 no matter what you ship back (you can of course use your own label if it costs you less!). We cover the difference in actual cost, no matter how expensive.
- We cover 100% of the shipping cost of sending you any size replacements, no matter how big the item.

International Orders - All Orders Outside Of The U.S.
Request a return by shooting an email to email@example.com with your order number and return details.
All returns must be sent back to our Brooklyn address (below) and must include your name and order number so we can identify it.
We do not cover return shipping charges on international orders, including taxes and duties.
Refunds will be made after the return has been received and inspected by our team to ensure the products were not worn or damaged.
For all international exchanges, simply return your item for a refund and reorder the correct size/item from Storelli.com.
