Most orders ship in 1 to 3 business days. Here's the full path, order to doorstep.

Order Processing (1-3 Business Days)#

We pick, pack, and hand off to the carrier. That takes 1 to 3 business days.

• Business days: Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
• Weekend or holiday orders start processing the next business day.
• Peak periods (holidays, launches) can add a bit more time.

Shipping Confirmation#

Ship day means a confirmation email with tracking. Check it anytime at storelli.com/pages/tracking.

"Pre-Transit" status: Normal for a day or two after your label prints. Your package is on its way to the carrier. Not stuck.

Delivery Times After Shipping#

• Speed depends on location and method chosen at checkout.
• Standard domestic (US): 3-7 business days after shipping.
• Expedited domestic (US): 1-3 business days after shipping.
• International: 7-21 business days, carrier and country dependent. Customs can add time.

Total time, order to delivery: processing plus shipping. Standard US order: 4-10 business days, roughly.

Expedited Shipping#

Faster delivery applies to carrier transit. Processing still runs its standard 1-3 days first.

Common Questions#

"I paid for overnight but it's been two days."

Overnight covers carrier transit, not processing. Order placed Friday night: processing starts Monday. Overnight clock starts when the carrier gets the package.

"My order still says 'Pre-Transit' after 3 days."

"I need my gear by a specific date."
