CUSTOMER SERVICE / OPS ASSOCIATE

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Storelli is looking for a customer-oriented sales Ninja. We live in a digital world and the sales and customer service game has changed. Our ‘Direct to Customer’ business is growing and our clients interact with us across all channels and increasingly via social media. Thoughtful and timely interactions are more important that ever.

We are looking for an energetic, organized, witty and digitally savvy individual to join our sales team and strengthen our customer service experience. The role will also encompass a sales / marketing support function which covers managing influencers over social media, blog posting and email / newsletters.

The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for sports, a natural affinity with customer service, wit, humor and well versed/able to communicate on social media platforms. This candidate will need to be up to speed on trends in the sports and lifestyle space.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will report directly to Storelli’s Head of Sales and be responsible for daily monitoring of our customer service channels (Online customer serve chat function (Olark), email, our customer support phone line, social media channels, and grassroots customer interactions).

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

Specific roles and responsibilities include:

  • Customer service: timely responses to customer queries and establishing a reputation of excellent customer service through live chat, email and social media channels
  • Operations: handle customer product returns and logistics of shipping
  • Marketing: assist marketing team in editing website, creating blog posts, social media posts and handling email system

This is an exciting position that will expose you to a wide variety of responsibilities and opportunities to grow professionally, working in a fun, innovative environment. No day will feel the same, and we are open to working remotely, plus offer generous benefits. At the same time, this is NOT a 9-5 job. The role expects you to be very passionate about the work, and requires work after-hours and on weekends, as needed.
