All orders process and ship out on the next business day (weekdays only, no weekends).
Shipping time is dependent on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Packages are not delivered or shipped out on weekends, so if you order on a Friday your order will ship out on Monday.
Return any UNUSED gear within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Products can be tried on, but not used, and must be in the original packaging with tags.
- Refunds can take upto a week to process
- Rejected returns are sent back to the original buyer.
- We only accept returns/exchanges for Storelli.com orders. If you purchase the products from another store/site, that store is responsible for refunds and exchanges.
Domestic orders - US Only
All US returns will carry a flat rate fee of $6. All US exchanges are free.

International Orders - All orders outside of the US
Request a return through our returns center HERE.
We do not accept international exchanges - simply return your item for a refund and reorder the correct size/item from Storelli.com.
We do not cover return shipping charges on international orders, including taxes and duties.
Refunds will be made after the return has been received and inspected by our team to ensure the products were not worn or damaged.
*Refunds for orders placed with discount codes will be recalculated after the return is considered.
With the exception of Gloves and Insoles, all of our gear can be machine washed on a cold setting. All of our gear should be air dried to extend durability (we often machine dry our gear for convenience, but do so at your own risk!)
- Gloves: never (ever) machine wash or dry the gloves. Soak them in warm water and let them air dry. Follow our detailed care guide HERE.
- Socks/Liners: to extend durability, avoid machine washing and drying.
