Hot/Cold Gel Therapy
Reusable gel pack. Microwave for heat or freeze for cold. Conforms to the body at any temperature. Hot for tightness, cold for swelling.
Adjustable Strap
Elastic strap that holds the gear hands-free against the body zone. Adjusts to fit different body parts and stays put without slipping.
Can I use it for both hot and cold therapy?
- Yes. The Reset Thermal Wrap is designed for dual-temperature use—chill it to reduce swelling or heat it to relax tight muscles and joints.
Which joints does it fit best?
- It’s ergonomically shaped to wrap securely around knees and elbows, delivering full-contact relief exactly where you need it most.
Does it stay in place during use?
- The adjustable strap locks the wrap in place without slipping or bunching, so you can move or relax while it works.
How long does it stay hot or cold?
- It holds temperature effectively for typical recovery sessions (15–20 minutes), depending on the environment. Just reheat or refreeze as needed.
Is it reusable and easy to store?
- Yes. The flexible gel core and soft-touch outer make it durable, compact, and easy to pack in a gym bag or recovery kit for repeat use.

Best Wrap I’ve Tried—Stays Put, Works Fast
I’ve tried a lot of wraps, but this one actually stays in place. The straps are wide and secure, and the gel pack fits perfectly without shifting. Super easy to use—and it works.
